WRITING A STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP (OR H2020) PROJECT

Hello, my name is Inês

I am an IMBRSea student presenting in an original way my remote professional practice.

On this website I will guide you throughout the work done and present the team that I was involved.

The professional practice consisted in writing a strategic partnership (or H2020) project, part of Ghent University and under the supervision of Tim Deprez. The project description was written under the Erasmus+ Knowledge Alliance application. In other words, the blueprints of the joint venture involving several European higher education institutions and businesses were submitted with the intention to receive funding.

Along with my peers, we are convinced that this educational and informative project has the potential to deliver impactful results, which will contribute towards several marine biology research topics.

Simplified workflow of how to write a strategic partnership project:

Initially the best suited remote professional practice was chosen

The first meeting allowed an introduction to group

A group discussion was held to produce ideas

Among all the suggested projects, the best one was selected

Key aspects were put into motion

Potential partners for European collaboration were sought

A financial assessment was set up

Finally, the ideas and plans were concretised and submitted

Writing a strategic partnership

The aim of writing a strategic partnership was to design a project with European collaboration, to modernise and innovate educational tools in an entertaining way for everyone to use.
